Half Marathon/Thanksgiving
I hope everyone's Thanksgiving was as enjoyable as mine. Of course, I ran a half marathon on Thanksgiving Day. And that wasn't enjoyable at all. It wasn't torture either. It was, I don't know ... a challenge. When I finished I felt a great sense of accomplishment. I found myself wondering how I could have run 13.1 miles. All the training and preparation that went into it was worth it and yes, I think I'd do it again. Maybe next Thanksgiving?

I also had a wonderful time in Atlanta with my family. Melissa came with me and we had so much fun. Here are a few pics from the family gathering. The little girl is my niece, Lilly. And the boy at is my nephew, Titus. Ty for short. He's too cute for words.
